Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped within 2 business days after order is received excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional time for orders submitted during the weekend, holidays or inclement weather.

Refund Policy

 Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However,if damage occurred during shipment, please contact us to report damage within 2 days with a photographic proof. If return is accepted we will provide a free return shipping for items damaged during shipping and with a replacement item

Item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
